Accelerated Reader is a popular program used by teachers to monitor progress in independent reading. A child chooses to read at a level that matches the appropriate skill level, then reads at their own pace. The student takes a brief quiz online after completing the reading. 

Children earn prizes through a point system. Accelerated Reader can be used in classroom, remote, hybrid/blended and homeschool learning environments.

Twelve of the stories in The Hear Me Read Bible, Level One are eligible for earning Accelerated Reader points. Simply turn to the Table of Contents to find the Accelerated Reader logo.
